B. Lynn is a Memphis, TN native. She graduated from Jackson State University majoring in Journalism and English. After graduation she worked at ABC 24 news station in Memphis, TN. She worked with a lot of entertainers on the Local Memphis Live entertainment show at that station. After working there a few years, she landed a marketing position at Punch TV in Los Angeles, California.
She returned back to Memphis, TN in 2020 and is now part of the WLOK Family as an on air radio personality as well as the social media and website coordinator.

DELSA FLEMING, known as the “Fireball of the South,” has been a personality with 1340 WLOK since 1982. She has received numerous local and national awards. She was awarded with a Stellar Award certificate for her contributions to gospel radio.
She has also been recognized nationally among gospel radio’s “Who’s Who in Gospel Music.”
Delsa “Fireball” Fleming is one of Memphis’ most recognizable radio personalities. She has served as Mistress of Ceremonies for numerous programs and concerts throughout the city. She also served as host of a local gospel cable TV show; plus she has conducted many music workshops for various churches in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Delsa is a member of the National Gospel Music of America Announcers Guild. She was born in Rossville, Tennessee and currently resides in Memphis. She attended Shelby State Community College where she earned a certificate of achievement for music. Delsa is the mother of three daughters and a son. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and reading.
Raymond Bradford Jr., was born and raised in Memphis TN. He graduated from Crichton College Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management. Raymond also received his Masters of Science degree in Leadership from Belhaven University in 2014. He will complete his Education Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Administration and Supervision from Freed Hardeman University May 15, 2021. He is a first generational doctoral at Freed Hardeman University. Raymond is a certified Assistant Principal and prior to that was a certified Business Education Technology teacher for grades 6-12. Raymond also adjuncts for several colleges in the Memphis area.
Raymond is a dedicated member of Golden Gate Cathedral. Raymond loves spending quality with his family and friends. Raymond values spending time with his lovely wife Mattie and their two children Dandrell and Taylor. Raymond's motivation and scripture comes from Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
