Raymond Bradford Jr., was born and raised in Memphis TN.  He graduated from Crichton College Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management. Raymond also received his Masters of Science degree in Leadership from Belhaven University in 2014. He will complete his Education Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Administration and Supervision from Freed Hardeman University May 15, 2021. He is a first generational doctoral at Freed Hardeman University. Raymond is a certified Assistant Principal and prior to that was a certified Business Education Technology teacher for grades 6-12. Raymond also adjuncts for several colleges in the Memphis area. 

Raymond is a dedicated member of Golden Gate Cathedral. Raymond loves spending quality with his family and friends. Raymond values spending time with his lovely wife Mattie and their two children Dandrell and Taylor. Raymond's motivation and scripture comes from Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”


Dr.  Karen  R. Streeter   or  “Dr.  Kay!”  is a licensed educational psychologist,  mental  health  consultant,  former  college  administrator  and  adjunct professor,  motivational  speaker,  author  and  radio  psychologist.  As  a  Memphian, she  received  her  PhD  in  School  Psychology  from  the  University  of  Tennessee.  Dr.Kay has  previously provided  insight  on  various  mental  health  issues  through  her  radio  show “On the Couch with Dr. Kay!" on   CBS affiliate AM 990 KWAM and 98.5 New Mix FM.  Dr.  Streeter  has  served  as  an  expert  contributor  for  other  media  outlets  such  as Essence  Magazine,  The  Memphis  Commercial  Appeal  ;WMC  Action  News  5  (NBC affiliate),  WREG  News    Channel  3  and  Fox  13  Memphis.  In  2017  Dr.  Kay expanded her  work  to  include “Focus  Coaching”  for  boxing  athletes  as  a  part  of  Streeter  Twin Boxing  Promotions/SS  Boxing  Matchmakers,  LLC.  Since  the  onset  of  the  COVID- 19  pandemic,  Dr.  Kay  has  focused  her  work  in  her  Face  Book  Live  Podcast  on helping  listeners  manage  the  anxiety,  stress  and  trauma  not  only  from  the  illness  but from  the  pandemics  of  poverty,  racial  inequality  and  police  brutality. Tune  in  to  "On the Couch with Dr. Kay!"  Mondays on Facebook Live as  she  brings  her special  brand  of  “edutainment"  and  “The  5    Ks  of  Being  OK”  to  normalize  mental health  issues  by  providing  a  jargon  free,  judgment  free  zone  of  love,  happiness,  and peace. Daily, she is the new “Morning Show” co- host on WLOK FM 105/AM 1340 on air from 6-9AM!

B. Lynn is a Memphis, TN native. She graduated from Jackson State University majoring in Journalism and English. After graduation she worked at ABC 24 news station in Memphis, TN. She worked with a lot of entertainers on the Local Memphis Live entertainment show at that station. After working there a few years, she landed a marketing position at Punch TV in Los Angeles, California.  


She returned back to Memphis, TN in 2020 and is now part of the WLOK Family as an on air radio personality as well as the social media and website coordinator.

DELSA FLEMING, known as the “Fireball of the South,” has been a personality with 1340 WLOK since 1982. She has received numerous local and national awards. She was awarded with a Stellar Award certificate for her contributions to gospel radio.


She has also been recognized nationally among gospel radio’s “Who’s Who in Gospel Music.”

Delsa “Fireball” Fleming is one of Memphis’ most recognizable radio personalities. She has served as Mistress of Ceremonies for numerous programs and concerts throughout the city. She also served as host of a local gospel cable TV show; plus she has conducted many music workshops for various churches in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Delsa is a member of the National Gospel Music of America Announcers Guild. She was born in Rossville, Tennessee and currently resides in Memphis. She attended Shelby State Community College where she earned a certificate of achievement for music. Delsa is the mother of three daughters and a son. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and reading.

Willie L. Tate Jr. was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Rust College and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Broadcast Journalism. Willie has been in radio now for three years. He is also an Educational Assistant with Shelby County Schools. Willie is on the path of obtaining a Master's degree In Education.

Willie enjoys spending quality time with family and he loves influencing and making an impact in the lives of others. He enjoys serving in GOD'S Kingdom in and Out Of the 4 walls of the Church. A Bible verse that keeps Willie motivated, encouraged, and determined is Roman's 8:28 

Moneque Richmond-Walker is a native Memphian and her musical journey started as a young musician. Her love for vocal music began early serving as choir directress at the New Galilee MBC (Rev Early Gentry-Pastor).  She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and savior and later joined Greater Beulahland COGIC where she received the baptism of the Holy Ghost.  
Walker received her Evangelist Missionary license in 1999 and is presently a member of Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, where the Bishop Charles Harrison Mason Patterson, Sr., is the Host Pastor and Jurisdictional Prelate (Guatemala Jurisdiction). Evangelist Walker has served in the capacity of a gospel announcer for WBBP, where the late Bishop G E Patterson was the general manager for 11 years.  She is the former Tennessee 5th Jurisdiction Minister of Music (1993-2000).
Evangelist Moneque Richmond-Walker currently holds the positions of: Director of Choirs at Pentecostal Temple COGIC (Bishop Charles Harrison Mason Patterson, Sr.). She also serves as the Vice President/Assistant Minister of Music of the Guatemala Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ. In addition to, also humbling serving as the Choir President of the Women’s Chorus in the Guatemala Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.

Evangelist Moneque is the wife of Elder Mark Walker and the mother of O’Livya R Walker.  In 2007, she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication, with her major in Video & Film Production.  She received her Masters of Arts in Religion in 2016 (The Relevancy of Church Music) and is currently working on her Masters of Divinity.
