WLOK’s “Focus on Women” is a new daily feature that is a forum to inspire, inform, and empower women listening on the radio and on-line at wlok.com. The program is on the air every day Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. “Focus on Women” features WLOK’s early morning personality, Kim Harper, WLOK’s mid-day personality, Falesha Stafford, and a special guest each day, along with your favorite gospel music.
Topics of discussion will include relationships, health, education, family matters, and much more. WLOK listeners are welcome to join in on the conversation along with Kim, Falesha, and their special guest of the day. Although the show is focused on women’s issues and topics, men are encouraged to join in the conversations. Baptist Memorial Hospital will be a sponsor of a monthly health segment on WLOK’s "Focus on women." On the second Tuesday of each month, “Focus on Women” will host special editions that will target specific health issues that concern women. We encourage women everywhere to tune in weekdays at 9 a.m. and be a part of “Focus On Women.”
