Kim Harper “Early Morning Show”
Kim is WLOK’s Program/Music Director and a member of the local and national chapters of Gospel Announcers Guild and brings 15 years of broadcast experience to gospel radio. Kim was named Announcer of the Year by the Gospel Academy in 1994, and has served as mistress of ceremonies at numerous gospel events throughout the Mid-South. Recently, Kim won “Female Gospel Announcer of the Year,” by the Memphis Gospel Bridge Awards for 2005 and is also a two-time Silver Star News Achiever Award recipient for “exemplary Corporate and Humanitarian efforts.” Recently, March 2008, Kim was honored as one of fifty of Memphis' "Women of Excellence" by Real Times Media (Tri-State Defender). Kim attended Lemoyne Owen College and maintained the highest GPA in the Humanities Department in 1990. She is a member of Love Fellowship Ministries, Inc. where Lawrence Plummer, Sr. is pastor. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Inc., and a member of NABFEME, National Association of Black Female Executives in Media and Entertainment.
Kim is the proud mother to a 17 year old son, Jonathan.

Falesha “Fe Fe” Stafford “Solid Gold Gospel Hits Lunch Hour”
Falesha keeps Memphis inspired during the midday from 10am to 3pm with the best gospel music and “Solid Gold Gospel Hits Lunch Hour” plus inspirational and edifying conversation. Falesha is a native of West Memphis, AR and has a degree in Mass Communications from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). She worked at KPBA Radio in Pine Bluff for three years before coming home to join the staff of WLOK. Falesha’s show is inspiring and uplifting and she has a sincere desire to give her audience only the best in good gospel radio. Falesha is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and a member of the Lord’s House of Prayer and Worship, where Elder Donnie Gist is pastor. She sings with the Praise Team, and serves as the Church Assistant Treasurer. She is active in the community striving to make a difference. Falesha’s philosophy in life is “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengthened Me.” (Phillippians 4:13) |

Brother James Chambers
James Chambers is a veteran gospel radio announcer of 35 years. Known locally and nationally as the “Dean of Gospel Music,” James Chambers is a two-time Stellar Gospel Award winner. Chambers has been the recipient of numerous local and national awards of recognition and honor.James attended Owen College and Lane College. He also attended the Columbia School of Broadcasting. He is a member of the local and national chapters of the Gospel Announcers Guild. He has served as master of ceremonies at numerous gospel events throughout Memphis and the nation including The Chicago Gospel Fest. Brother Chambers is a member of Greater Imani Christian Church where Bill Adkins is the pastor.James is married to Marva Chambers and they are the proud parents of five children, and grandparents to a host of grandchildren. |

Gary Richmond, WLOK's "Memphis on the Air"
Minister Gary Jerome Richmond Sr.
Gary was born in Memphis TN to the parents of Joe & Emma Richmond. The youngest of 3 siblings, Gary learned at an early age the importance of Family values. At the young age of 12 years old Gary accepted Jesus Christ as his personal saver at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
Gary has a lovely wife Mrs. Sharon Kaye Richmond and two handsome sons Gary Jr. and Eric. They spend a lot of family time together and they eat dinner as a family 3 nights a week including a weekly family outing.
Later in life he joined the Temple Missionary Baptist Church were he served as a Chairman of the Deacon Board. Here he began working as a Servant for the Lord through various Kingdom building assignments throughout the church.
Gary currently is employed by the NIKE Corporation were he holds the Position of IT Financial/Compliance Manager. He has two degrees one in Computer Science and the other one in Management of Technical Operations.
His most recent accomplishment is his acceptance to his calling in the Ministry at the Healing Center Full Gospel. His Ministry will be to focus on visiting the Sick and the Bereaved Families during difficult times and transitions.
His is currently perusing his Master of Divinity at the Memphis Theological School in Memphis, TN. Once his Master’s is completed he aspires to become a Pastor within the local community. |

Delsa “Fireball” Fleming
Delsa Fleming, known as the “Fireball of the South,” has been a personality with 1340 WLOK since 1982. She has received numerous local and national awards. She was awarded with a Stellar Award certificate for her contributions to gospel radio. She has also been recognized nationally among gospel radio’s “Who’s Who in Gospel Music.”
Delsa “Fireball” Fleming is one of Memphis’ most recognizable radio personalities. She has served as Mistress of Ceremonies for numerous programs and concerts throughout the city. She also served as host of a local gospel cable TV show; plus she has conducted many music workshops for various churches in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.Delsa is a member of the National Gospel Music of America Announcers Guild. She was born in Rossville, Tennessee and currently resides in Memphis. She attended Shelby State Community College where she earned a certificate of achievement for music. Delsa is the mother of three daughters and a son. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and reading. |

Jahue “Doc” Mumphrey (Standby)
Jahue “Doc” Mumphrey known to WLOK’s listeners as the “Minister of Music.” “Doc” started his radio career at WLOK in 1967. He has worked at WVOL in Nashville, WJLB of Detroit and WYLD of New Orleans.Before returning to Memphis and WLOK, Jahue “Doc” Mumphrey’s name was closely associated with the development of the “Quiet storm” format in Memphis radio.Jahue, the “Minister of Music,” is a true WLOK legend.He is a native of Tunica, Mississippi.
