Falesha “Fe Fe” Stafford “Solid Gold Gospel Hits Lunch Hour”
Falesha keeps Memphis inspired during the midday from 10am to 3pm with the best gospel music and “Solid Gold Gospel Hits Lunch Hour” plus inspirational and edifying conversation.
Falesha is a native of West Memphis, AR and has a degree in Mass Communications from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). She worked at KPBA Radio in Pine Bluff for three years before coming home to join the staff of WLOK. Falesha’s show is inspiring and uplifting and she has a sincere desire to give her audience only the best in good gospel radio.
Falesha is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and a member of the Lord’s House of Prayer and Worship, where Elder Donnie Gist is pastor. She sings with the Praise Team, and serves as the Church Assistant Treasurer. She is active in the community striving to make a difference. Falesha’s philosophy in life is “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengthened Me.” (Phillippians 4:13)

Delsa “Fireball” Fleming - Music Director
Delsa Fleming, known as the “Fireball of the South,” has been a personality with 1340 WLOK since 1982. She has received numerous local and national awards. She was awarded with a Stellar Award certificate for her contributions to gospel radio. She has also been recognized nationally among gospel radio’s “Who’s Who in Gospel Music.”
Delsa “Fireball” Fleming is one of Memphis’ most recognizable radio personalities. She has served as Mistress of Ceremonies for numerous programs and concerts throughout the city. She also served as host of a local gospel cable TV show; plus she has conducted many music workshops for various churches in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.Delsa is a member of the National Gospel Music of America Announcers Guild. She was born in Rossville, Tennessee and currently resides in Memphis. She attended Shelby State Community College where she earned a certificate of achievement for music. Delsa is the mother of three daughters and a son. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and reading. |

Jahue “Doc” Mumphrey - Programming Director
Jahue “Doc” Mumphrey known to WLOK’s listeners as the “Minister of Music.” “Doc” started his radio career at WLOK in 1967. He has worked at WVOL in Nashville, WJLB of Detroit and WYLD of New Orleans.Before returning to Memphis and WLOK, Jahue “Doc” Mumphrey’s name was closely associated with the development of the “Quiet storm” format in Memphis radio.Jahue, the “Minister of Music,” is a true WLOK legend.He is a native of Tunica, Mississippi.

Joe P. Washington
Making his home in Memphis, Tennessee, Joe P. Washington graduated
from Shelby State Community College where he majored in Communication,
and the University of Memphis, where he majored in Business
Management.
Joe has many years of experience in radio, such as: WKDJ AM 680, WHRK
K97, KJMS, V101, and WDIA AM 1070.
Joe attends Middle Baptist Church in Whitehaven.
Joe has also donated his time to March of Dimes.
In his free time, Joe enjoys walking, aerobics, reading, and listening to music.

Sheila Smith
Sheila grew up in the South Memphis Community. Upon graduation from Carver High School, she attended the University of Memphis, where she majored in Broadcast Journalism. Sheila accepted Christ as her personal savior at Bountiful Blessings COGIC under the leadership of Bishop Gilbert Earl Patterson. She most recently united with Crusaders 4 Christ, under the leadership of Rev. Andrews R. Smith. Sheila is striving daily to experience a more intimate relationship with Christ. She is not ashamed of the Gospel, and willing to tell every man, woman, boy or girl that she meets: The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is Eternal Life.
Sheila began her radio career as a volunteer in 1998 at AM 1480 WBBP under the guidance of the Dean of Gospel Radio, Brother James Chambers. She became full time at WBBP in 2000. She joined the staff of WLOK in 2010.
When she is not reading or meditating on the word of God, she loves to go for walks, watch television, going to the movies, dining out, shopping, and hanging out with her family.
